Stevens of CBRE|Boulos assists On the Town Inc. with 541 s/f lease
On the Town Inc. has leased 541 s/f of retail space at 58 Exchange St., from Maine Properties Inc.
On the Town Clothing sells women's eveningwear and casual attire.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company and on behalf on the landlord by Cheryl Hugill of Maine Properties Inc.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
