Stevens of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services finalizes $750,000 sale

Madison, CT According to Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services, Renee Stevens has finalized the sale of 86 Bradley Rd. The 2,852 s/f office building, set on .23 acres, was well maintained, with off-street parking and located across from the Shoreline East train station.

The transaction closed at $750,000.
