LeMaitre Vascular hase renewed their lease at 63 Second Ave. Mark Stevens, principal of The Stevens Group, represented LeMaitre, providing tenant advisory services and assisting them in negotiating the lease extension.
LeMaitre has occupied the entire 27,500 s/f single level office/flex building since 2003. In addition to being their corporate headquarters, the facility also houses R&D and manufacturing processes for their line of medical device products.
LeMaitre also has locations in Germany, Japan and Italy, which service their international customers.
