Stout of Atlantic Properties assists Coastal Dealerships in $2.1 million purchase of 1 Saturn Drive

Ben Stout of Atlantic Properties has assisted Coastal Dealerships in the purchase of 1 Saturn Dr. Coastal Dealerships will open Coastal Volkswagen on July 1st after extensive building and landscape renovations take place. This dealership will join Coastal Nissan, Coastal Commercial Vehicles, and Coastal Auto Center as part of the Coastal Dealership group. The addition of 1 Saturn Dr. and the Volkswagen franchise will allow Coastal Dealerships to continue its tradition of corporate citizenship by purchasing and renovating a vacant property, providing a tax base for the community and delivering customer service to the area. Daniel J. Flynn & Co. represented the seller. According to public record the purchase price was $2.1 million.
