Stratton and Geenty of The Geenty Group arrange 12,000 s/f lease

The Jared Andrew Studio for the Performing Arts has leased 12,000 s/f of warehouse space at 222 Universal Dr. The space will be converted to a theater and dance studio. They offer private and group lessons in voice, acting, and dance, and perform several musical productions each year. The studio has been operating in facilities in Hamden for the past seven years and hopes to relocate to their new theater and training areas in the near future. Barry Stratton and Kevin Geenty SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the landlord, Branco, Inc. Chris Nolan of the H. Pearce Company represented the tenant.
