Stratton of Geenty Group brokers 3,870 s/f lease

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corporation, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors has signed a ten year lease for 3,870 s/f of retail space. The retail store is opening at 925 Boston Post Rd. a.k.a. Orange Ave. The owner, Del LLC, was represented by Frank Micali, CCIM, formerly of CA White Inc., now with College Street LLC. Renovations are currently in progress to prepare the site for an opening this fall. Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes sells automotive paints and supplies across the country operating more than 190 sales outlets marketing its products to the general public as well as to dealerships and associated businesses.
