Avison Young has brokered a 2,142 s/f lease at 185 Devonshire St. Avison Young associate Dan Strauss represented the tenant, Physicians for Human Rights, Inc. (PHR). Senior vice president Jeffrey Becker of NAI Hunneman Commercial represented the landlord, Suffolk Devonshire LLC.
