Strauss of Avison Young represents Physicians for Human Rights, Inc. in 2,142 s/f lease at 185 Devonshire Street

Avison Young has brokered a 2,142 s/f lease at 185 Devonshire St. Avison Young associate Dan Strauss represented the tenant, Physicians for Human Rights, Inc. (PHR). Senior vice president Jeffrey Becker of NAI Hunneman Commercial represented the landlord, Suffolk Devonshire LLC. "We are happy to have found PHR a solution that provides the flexibility they need with easy access to high quality amenities and multiple modes of transportation," said Strauss. "Dan made a point to understand what is important to our organization and exhaust a tremendous set of options to find and negotiate a suite that meets our needs remarkably well. He was wonderful to work with in every respect including a genuine advocate." said Donna McKay, executive Ddirector of PHR. 185 Devonshire Street is a 12-story, 74,524 s/f office condominium building located in the city's Financial District. PHR was founded in 1986 on the idea that health professionals, with their specialized skills, ethical duties, and credible voices, are uniquely positioned to stop human rights violations. PHR is an independent organization that uses medicine and science to stop mass atrocities and severe human rights violations against individuals.
