Eric Town Square, a mixed use office and retail development, is located in the town center. Tenants include Starbucks, Plan B Burger Bar & Tavern, Sakura Garden, Carlin Charron & Rosen, LLP, Plastic Surgery Center Inc., Open MRI of Connecticut, and others.
Residential Mortgage Services' new office will be their first location in the state. Residential Mortgage Services, Inc. is licensed to operate in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Their family of companies includes Residential Mortgage Services, Meridian Mortgage, and Bell Home Mortgage.
Streett represented the tenant in this transaction, and Dana Schwartz of Schwartz Realty represented the landlord, SBU, LLC.
