Strelke of R.W. Holmes negotiates 18,200 s/f lease to Source N.A.

Avon, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a new 18,200 s/f industrial lease at 284 Bodwell St.

In the transaction, R.W. Holmes senior vice president Robert Strelke represented the tenant, Source N.A., and the landlord, Atlantic Management.

As one of the largest stocking distributors in North America, Source N.A. leverages its considerable expertise in the retail and commercial fueling industries to provide niche product solutions to convenience stores and petroleum marketers.

Located on a 6.36-acre site with parking, 284 Bodwell St. is a 39,999 s/f industrial/warehouse/distribution building. The building is now fully occupied with the new lease.

“It is a great building and a super location with three loading docks, 20’ clear ceiling height, and one drive-in ramped door,” said Strelke. “Several mid-size lease spaces are still available in this submarket.”
