Strickling and Dube of Sky Realty Group broker sale of The Ottone Apartments for $7.95 million

Waterbury, CT Sandy Strickling and Anne-Marie Dube of Sky Realty Group brokered the sale of Ottone Apartments.

A New York-based investor acquired Ottone Apartments for $7.95 million ($69,130/unit). The Ottone is comprised of a 10-story high rise apartment complex, consisting of 115 apartment units. The Ottone offers 75,056 s/f consisting of 10 two bedroom, one-bath apartments; 69 one bedroom apartments; and three studio apartments. The Ottone was built in 1973 and was fully renovated between the years of 2018-2021. The building features modern finishes, two new elevators, new windows, new granite counters and stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, and A/C. Amenities include; lounge, laundry, 24/7 security system, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking garage and parking lot.

Strickling and Dube represented both the buyer and the seller.
