Stubblebine and Humpton of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International broker $1.1 million sale

CRM, LLC has sold its 41,648 s/f industrial building located at 991 Airport Rd for $. The million. The seller was represented by David Stubblebine and Don Humpton of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International. Sarmento Import's and Exports purchased the property and is planning to utilize the property as a warehouse and distribution facility. Constructed in 1984, the property had been previously leased to Capital Records Management until November of 2009. Located 1.1 miles to Rte. 24, this industrial property offers highway access, 30' ceilings, and heavy power. Humpton said, "This industrial building will provide Sarmento Imports and Exports the opportunity to grow within the building and meet the needs of their clients."
