The Stubblebine Company arranges $3.075 million sale of 10,788 s/f industrial property to Alterra Property Group, LLC

Seekonk, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of 45 Industrial Ct. for $3.075 million. Situated off Rte.6 and four miles east of Providence, this property comprises two buildings totaling 10,788 s/f on 4.5 fenced and paved acres.

Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC represented the buyer, Alterra Property Group, LLC.

Drouillard said, “Working with the buyer was a pleasure. They are professional, excellent communicators, and persistent. Their decision to add this property to their portfolio was influenced by its proximity and accessibility to Providence, the construction quality of the buildings, and the ample useable land area. We look forward to finalizing the leasing for the remaining 10,788 s/f and 4.5 acres of outdoor storage space.”
