Stubblebine Co./CORFAC represents Testa Corp. in 37,000 s/f manufacturing space lease to Rebar & Mesh, Inc.

James, David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented Testa Corp. in the lease of 37,000 s/f of manufacturing space. They also directly procured the tenant, Rebar & Mesh Inc. Located off I-495, near I-93 and I-95, 148 Ward Hill Ave. offers 140,000 s/f of warehouse space. According to James Stubblebine, "Rebar chose to lease 144 Main St. because it offered heavy power, the use of a 15 and 20 ton cranes, and very reasonable rental rates." Rebar & Mesh Inc,. is a leading full-service rebar fabricator and installer.
