Billerica, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International completed 51,363 s/f in leases for Wakefield Investments’ portfolio. The leasing kicked off with a 17,000 s/f pact with Walden Local Meat, LLC at 18 Esquire Rd. Soon after, the landlord executed a 12,000 s/f lease with Specialized Coating Systems (SCS) at 16 Esquire Rd. The brokers also finalized a 10,363 s/f deal with 24M Technologies at 29 Esquire Rd. Finally, Human Design Medical is expanding their operations by relocating to 12,000 s/f at 16 Esquire Rd.

The suburban brokerage team of Micah, James and David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff represented Wakefield Investments in all four of the transactions. John Carroll from Colliers International represented 24M Technologies, while Jeremy Roy from Perry Brokerage assisted Walden Local Meat, LLC. 

Wakefield Investments is a well-capitalized landlord with headquarters in Lynnfield, and a portfolio of over 800,000 s/f of commercial space.
