Spire Corp. renewed a 45,000 s/f lease at 25 Sagamore Park Rd. David and James Stubblebine and Don Humpton of The Stubblebine Company represented Spire in the negotiations. The landlord, SPI-Trust, a trust of which Roger Little, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president of the company, is the sole trustee and principal beneficiary, represented their own interests.
