Fulcrum Associates recently began construction of the new home for Primary & Specialty Care of Merrimack and SHNMC Rehabilitation of Merrimack.
Developed by Foundation Medical Partners and the Southern New Hampshire Health System, the facility will house Primary & Specialty Care of Merrimack's expanding practice, Southern New Hampshire Rehabilitation Services as well as laboratory and radiology services.
The former Newick's Seafood restaurant building on Daniel Webster Highway is being converted to provide state of the art healthcare services to the growing southern New Hampshire population. The site was purchased by Foundation Medical Partners, the physician arm of Southern New Hampshire Health System, in a transaction brokered by Roger Dieker of CB Richard Ellis New England and William Luers of Tamposi-Nash R.E. Group earlier this year.
The new 14,000 s/f medical office facility includes an additional 14,000 s/f of basement fit-up to support medical record storage and offsite storage for other SNHMC locations. The renovated building includes design elements of the signature glass tower similar to the main entrance at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, in downtown Nashua.
