Stubblebine Co. represents tenant and landlord in 27,500 s/f lease

API, Inc. has signed a five-year lease on 27,500 s/f of flex/R&D/industrial space at 21 Northwestern Dr., a two-story light manufacturing/industrial building. This modern facility, built in 1996, is situated on 16 acres and has easy access to I-93. Ellen Garthoff, David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, and Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented both API, Inc. and the landlord, Denneson Industrial, LLC, in the transaction. API, Inc.'s TEMPEST products have been safeguarding classified and sensitive information for the U.S. Intelligence Community and its allies for over 30 years. Denneson Industrial, LLC is a manufacturer and distributor of golf equipment. Garthoff said, "This lease provides a strategic new location in the New England area for API, Inc. whose headquarters is in Maryland." The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
