Stubblebine/CORFAC represents buyer of 30,570 s/f distribution center for $1.95m
Bridgewater, MA David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the buyer, 75 Hale Street LLC, and David Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors represented the seller, Hale Street Realty Trust in the $1.95 million transaction. The 30,570 s/f building has 26’ clear height.
Established in 1993, ATCO Corp. is a distributor of health, hygiene, and sanitation supplies across the U.S. and will expand its operation in its new location.
