The Stubblebine Company facilitates $31.5 million sale to Seabrook Real Estate Partners

Hampton, NH The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of Appleton Oaks, a 113-unit apartment complex located at 241 Drakeside Rd., for $31.5 million. David Berman, James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Zack Hardy of The Stubblebine Company represented the undisclosed seller, and directly procured the buyer, Seabrook Real Estate Partners, in the transaction. 

The building was constructed in two phases in 2004 and 2005 and consists of 113 units spread across two buildings. The property is located close to Rte. 95 and offers access to Hampton Beach. 

Berman, senior advisor at Stubblebine, said, “It was a pleasure representing the seller in this transaction. Our team ran a highly competitive marketing process, which garnered serious interest from multiple highly-qualified buyers. Both the seller and buyer demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish; we congratulate both parties on a successful transaction.”
