STV|DPM completes relocation of Monotype Imaging Inc. to 42,250 s/f office space

STV|DPM, (formerly Diversified Project Management) has completed the relocation of Monotype Imaging Inc., a leading global provider of typeface technology and expertise for creative applications and consumer devices Monotype recently relocated its corporate headquarters to a newly renovated 42,250 s/f office space at building 600 within Unicorn Park. The renovation and relocation has provided about 180 employees with a more open concept and collaborative environment. The STV|DPM team provided Monotype with full project management services including lease review, pre-construction and construction administration, furniture, fixtures and equipment coordination (FF&E), and move planning. Denise Booras, STV|DPM project executive, led the initiative. Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, Inc. provided interior design and environmental branding services to create a unique workplace that celebrates the Monotype brand by incorporating typography into all facets of the design. Bowdoin Construction provided construction management services including several months of pre-construction assistance as well as full general contracting services throughout the construction process. Diversified Project Management (DPM), a leading provider of owner's project management services throughout the greater Boston/New England region, is now a part of STV and doing business as STV|DPM. STV|DPM is comprised of more than 70 professionals throughout New England.
