Adam Subber, Rick Lowe, and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston have represented Escher Group Limited, a leading provider of distributed messaging and data management solutions and services, in a 6,721 s/f office lease expansion and relocation of its headquarters to 133 Federal St. in the city's Financial District. The landlord, B.E. Realty Limited Partnership, was represented by Tim Bianchi of Cushman & Wakefield. Escher, which formerly occupied 4,572 s/f at 12 Farnsworth St., expanded its space in the standalone office building to accommodate growth. The company is occupying a portion of the eighth floor of the 12-story, 111,000 s/f office building.
