Suffolk hires O’Neil as vice president, business dev. & client relations

Boston, MA Suffolk has hired Katy O’Neil as vice president, business development & client relations, Northeast. In this role, O’Neil will oversee the local business development team and will be an integral part of the leadership team.

O’Neil comes to Suffolk from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, where she held a critical leadership role as executive vice president for more than 16 years.  She is a former chair of the board of the Massachusetts March of Dimes, a member of mayor Marty Walsh’s Women’s Workforce Council, a member of the board of overseers for the Boch Center, and a member of the Babson Boston Advisory Council.

O’Neil holds a Masters of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College. In January 2018, she was presented with a prestigious Pinnacle Award by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in the newly created category of Advancement of Women Professionals, for her work in recognizing and developing the region’s talented women.
