Suffolk's Berry celebrates All Care VNA & Hospice groundbreaking; 40,000 s/f, $8 million corporate headquarters

Suffolk Construction's Berry division celebrated the official groundbreaking of the All Care VNA & Hospice corporate headquarters project along with All Care president and CEO Shawn Potter, Lynn elected officials and community leaders, and donors. The new 40,000 s/f, $8 million All Care corporate headquarters facility will allow the staff to develop new strategies and utilize modern technologies to serve its patients. The building will combine three North Shore offices and will house the healthcare institution's human resources, clinical, information technology, scheduling, development, hospice, finance, marketing, medical records, and facilities departments, among others. The project is scheduled for completion in November. The centrally-located office will improve All Care's services, increase its already high standard of care, help promote communication and strong relationships between departments, and create jobs while boosting the local economy. When completed, All Care's new headquarters will usher in a new age of home care to meet the future needs of seniors and families throughout Lynn, the North Shore, and Greater Boston communities. "This new building embodies all our hopes and goals for All Care," said Potter. "Today we are able to reflect on the mission on which this organization was founded 100 years ago, and celebrate our ability to provide services for so many patients in our local communities. We are very excited about working with our construction management team to finally make the vision for this important project a reality."
