Bill Suglia, senior vice president and group head of Citizens Bank New Hampshire recently closed a $25 million commercial real estate loan with CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. for the refinancing of the 284 room Omni Mount Washington Resort Hotel and Bretton Woods Ski Area.
CNL purchased the property in 2006 and since that time has completed over $60 million in renovations including the development of a new spa and conference center, major upgrades to the lobby, main dining room, veranda and registration area as well as the complete refurbishment of all guest rooms.
