Sullivan and Detwiller of R.W. Holmes arrange 22,483 s/f in leases

According to Forest Ridge Realty Corp., a subsidiary of K & L Realty LLC of Worcester, Mass., two new tenants and one existing tenant have signed for 22,483 s/f at the Forest Ridge Office Park, 85 Rangeway Rd. NTP Software leased 11,776 s/f and Harvest Automation, which was founded by experts in using robotics for enhancing productivity and is focused on robotic material handling, signed for 6,745 s/f in Building Three. Award Productions, a high definition video and TV production company offering a full range of media services from script development to post production, expanded into 3,692 s/f in Building One. Located less than two miles from the interchange of Rtes. 3 and 495, Forest Ridge Office Park is a master-planned 19-acre campus with three two-story brick buildings of 50,000 s/f each. Bill Sullivan, vice president, and Chip Detwiller, senior vice president, SIOR, of R.W. Holmes Realty, brokers for Forest Ridge Office Park, represented the landlord. Keith Coulter of McPherson Corp. represented Harvest Automation. Sullivan also represented NTP Software. NTP Software and Harvest Automation chose to join companies such as American Power Conversion and Venture Technologies because of the flexible layout, thoughtful and collaborative space planning by VMY Vitols Architects, and first-class buildout managed by a responsive and attentive landlord.
