Sullivan Const. renovates former Moore Business Forms bldg.
Contracted by Chad Kageleiry of Summit Land Development, Sullivan Construction Inc. is completing exterior demolition and renovation to the former Moore Business Forms building at 279 Locust St.
Under project manager, Kevin Morse, the Sullivan team is responsible for modifications to the 120,000 s/f structure resulting in the building's subdivision into several multi-function, contemporary rental units. The scope of work for this project includes demolition of an existing loading area, shell reconstruction, installation of energy efficient windows and doors, installation of underground utilities, and sidewalk and parking lot reconstruction.
