Sullivan Construction completes 120,000 s/f of construction at Pease Tradeport

Portsmouth, NH The Pease International Tradeport has become one of the most successful corporate destinations in the Northeast as Sullivan Construction can attest. The award-winning Bedford, N.H. design/build and construction management firm recently completed more than 120,000 s/f of construction at Pease with the construction of three corporate office buildings.

Sullivan Construction constructed a new 37,000 s/f first-class office building for 249 Corporate Drive, LLC at the Tradeport. The majority of this class A two-story headquarters will be occupied by Loftware, Inc. and Sullivan performed the build-out of their offices. In addition, Sullivan Construction recently provided tenant improvements for a 100,000 s/f, two-story office building for 273 Corporate Drive, LLC, which is home to Prime Buchholz & Associates, CA Technologies, Sun Life Financial, JSA Architects, Bank W Holdings, and Katz Group.

Working on behalf of Summit Land Development LLC of Dover, NH Sullivan Construction built new headquarters for Sprague Energy and for High Liner Foods. The Sprague Energy building consists of 40,000 s/f of first-class office space on two levels. Sprague’s headquarters include not only corporate offices, but also a trading floor, conference center, audio-visual center, private executive office suites, and an open area general office environment.

High Liner Foods’ corporate headquarters is located adjacent to the Sprague Energy facility. The three-story High Liner Foods building is also first-class office space encompassing 38,000 s/f. It houses a full dining area, culinary research and development kitchen, a culinary training center, advanced technology conference areas, and private and open office environments.

Sullivan Construction has strong ties to the Pease Tradeport and is proud to be involved in its growth and development. They previously built the former HD Baumann Corporation and U.S. Passport Center facilities located on International Drive. Recent office renovations for six other Tradeport corporate tenants have added another 110,000 s/f to Sullivan’s work total at Pease.
