NAI Norwood sells 68,870 s/f in Merrimack for $3.5 million

Merrimack, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 237 Daniel Webster Highway. Norton Asset Management represented the seller, C&I Investment Associates.

Aron Brown, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer, Shellback Harbor LLC. The transaction closed in the amount of $3.5 million according to the Registry of Deeds.

The former Fairpoint Communications home consists of 68,870 s/f on 9.5 acres. Shellback Harbor LLC, formerly based in Concord N.H., will now be doing business as BES&T Global Commissioning and will become their world headquarters.
