Sullivan Construction completes renovation to 197-unit hotel
Sullivan Construction Inc. provided construction management services for a complete interior and exterior hotel renovation to the Holiday Inn Select, transforming the property to the Crowne Plaza Boston Woburn. They renovated 197 guest rooms and common areas together with a complete façade replacement, extensive demolition and asbestos abatement.

Delivery and storage of materials of all trades were scheduled, so as not to interfere with the use of the occupied space by the owner and dust controls and noise constraints were crucial.
