Flynn Construction completes 14,500 s/f
Flynn Construction Corp. has completed construction of the new facility "Evolution Rock + Fitness" on 10 Langdon Ave. The new energy-efficient facility will house one of the largest climbing gyms in northern New England with more than 14,500 s/f of climbing.
Programs will include climbing instruction for all ages and abilities, corporate team building, youth teams, yoga and personal training. They are open for business with the grand opening occurring earlier this year.
Flynn Construction Corp. is a full-service design/build general contractor serving all of N.H. They are a member of the "Green Building Council" focusing on energy-efficient steel building and masonry structures.
Flynn provides an economical alternative for the end user in the construction of service, manufacturing, retail, medical, multi-tenant and warehousing projects.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
