Sullivan Construction named to build new Bella Luna restaurant
Brewery Main Block, LLC, a subsidiary of JPNDC, has contracted with Sullivan Construction Inc. to convert existing space into a new location for the Bella Luna Italian restaurant at 284 Amory St.
Working with Baker-Wohl Architects, Boston, the Sullivan team, under the direction of project manager Bill Frisella will install quarrytile floors, vinyl plank floors, millwork and a quartz bar top. The endeavor is scheduled to be completed in eight weeks.
Sullivan Construction Inc., a 39 year old design/build and construction management company specializing in GREEN construction practices, is active throughout the northeast in healthcare, corporate, medical, hospitality and retail construction and renovation.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
