Shair of M&J Associates brokers 3,200 s/f lease to Enterprise Bank at Acton Woods Plaza

According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Enterprise Bank has opened at Acton Woods Plaza. Enterprise has leased 3,200 s/f at the left side end-cap with a drive-up. The space was formerly occupied by a children's clothing chain. The shopping center is located at the corner of Rte. 27 and Rte. 2A. Acton Woods Plaza totals 43,000 s/f and is anchored by CVS. According to Shair, "The Enterprise Bank commitment demonstrates the strength of the Acton market despite the general economic decline." Enterprise operates 10 branches in a market area of northern Mass. and southern N.H. The bank was represented by Robert Gilman, senior vice president, and the landlord by Shair of M&J Associates of Newton.
