Sullivan of Avison Young arranges five leases totaling 27,303 s/f at Brigham Business Park

Bill Sullivan, vice president of Avison Young, has brokered leases with five companies that have moved to Brigham Business Park, or will be moving, this year.
"Brigham Business Park is an iconic example of the quality industrial and office properties available here," said Sullivan. "The activity we've seen at the park reflects the upsurge across the entire Marlborough market. Businesses want to be here."
Located at 19, 41 and 53 Brigham St., Brigham Business Park features three high-bay buildings totaling 169,074 s/f of R&D, warehousing and distribution space. Sullivan represented the landlord, First Colony Development Co. Inc., in the recent transactions, which totaled nearly 30,000 s/f which included:
* Vivint Solar, Inc., leased 7,737 s/f, at 53 Brigham St. Vivint is one of the county's leading providers of low-cost solar energy. The company designs, installs, monitors and services residential systems with no up-front costs to the homeowner.
* Ambri Inc. leased 4,560 s/f at 53 Brigham St. Ambri's proprietary technology, the liquid metal battery, is being used to develop an electricity storage solution that will change the way electric grids are operated worldwide. The solution will encourage widespread use of renewable generation, like wind and solar, reduce power prices and increase system reliability.
* Abramson & DiBenedetto Marketing Group leased 7,361 s/f at 53 Brigham St. Through a network of more than 100 authorized dealers throughout New England, Abramson & DiBenedetto represents some of the most well-known food-services manufacturers in the industry.
* PointCare Technologies, Inc., leased 5,345 s/f at 19 Brigham St. With a global presence and patented innovations in immunohematology, flow cytometry, and infectious disease diagnostics, PointCare Technologies continues to break new ground in the field of cellular research and analysis—innovations that are being used to fight HIV and AIDS. The American Institute for Medical Biological Engineering inducted PointCare's founder into its College of Fellows in 2010.
* Tulimieri Associates Inc., leased 2,300 s/f, 41 Brigham St. Tulimieri is an integrator of products and services in the electrical and electronic industries, including robotic automation and control systems. The company also provides its distributors with fabrication and custom control assemblies, field service, and technical support.
