Summit Realty Partners leases 8,232 s/f to Town Fair Tire at Spaulding Commons Shopping Center

Rochester, NH According to Summit Realty Partners, Town Fair Tire leased an 8,232 s/f endcap at the 42,000 s/f recently renovated Spaulding Commons Shopping Center. 

With over 95 stores located throughout New England, Town Fair Tire is one of today’s leading tire retailers for cars, trucks and SUV’s. Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners represented the landlord and Northeast Retail represented the tenant. 

Town Fair Tire joins Spaulding Commons alongside other tenants, such as Planet Fitness, Sun Tan City, Rent-A-Center, Little Caesars Pizza and H&R Block.
