Summit Realty brings 32,013 s/f retail center in Nashua to 100%

Nashua, NH According to Summit Realty Partners, Inc., 493-495 Amherst St. has reached full occupancy. This 32,013 s/f retail strip center situated on 3.89 acres is located at the lighted intersection of Amherst St. (101A) and Thornton Rd. This center features a diverse tenant mix including restaurants, banking, fitness and daily needs. 

Summit has executed four leases in the last twelve months totaling over 12,000 s/f of retail space. These tenants include SPENGA, K’sone’s Thai Dining & Lounge, Kung Fu Tea and Avian & Sage Salon. Both Kung Fu Tea and Avian & Sage Salon are currently under construction and expect to be open for business soon.

Arlington, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Jason Arms, a 12 unit multi-family property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the transaction. The asset sold for $3.3 million.
