Summit Realty Partners brings
300 Main St. in Nashua to 100%

Nashua, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. brokered a lease with Simply Wireless, LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless at 300 Main St. Marketplace, which brings this 270,000 s/f retail shopping center to 100% leased. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Ptrs. represented the landlord.

300 Main St. is located in the downtown area of the city, and is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket, a leading regional grocer in New England. The property benefits from a range of national and regional tenants, including Ocean State Job Lot, Dollar Tree, Zoo Health Club, Nova Trampoline Park, Advance Auto Parts, Taco Bell, Burger King, Wingstop, TD Bank, and more.

Since taking over the leasing of the asset in 2019, Summit Realty Partners has leased over 112,675 s/f, highlighting their dedication to bringing more retail businesses to downtown.
