Summit Realty Partners brokers two new leases for Celebree School

Lexington, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed two new lease transactions on behalf of a franchisee of Celebree School, a leader in early childhood education offering infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs.

Represented by Chris McMahon, principal, and Travis Ginsberg, vice president, Celebree has secured new locations in Newton and Northborough, Mass., marking another major step in the company’s ongoing growth throughout the region. These transactions follow a previously leased location in Sudbury, Mass. that is scheduled to open soon and serve as a predecessor to several other pending locations currently in negotiations.

“These transactions represent a strong continuation of Celebree’s strategic expansion across Massachusetts,” said McMahon. “Each new site was carefully selected to serve communities where families value high-quality education and care, and we’re proud to support Celebree’s mission of creating nurturing environments where every child can thrive.”

Ginsberg said, “Celebree’s rapid growth underscores the strength of demand for premier early learning centers. Their thoughtful site selection and commitment to excellence make them an ideal partner for landlords and developers across New England.”

Building on this momentum, Celebree School is actively seeking to purchase or lease additional prime properties across the state and surrounding markets. The company is targeting high-visibility sites suitable for early childhood education centers, ideally between 9,000 and 11,000 s/f plus exterior play area of 3,500 to 5,000 s/f, within suburban communities.

With over 25 years of experience, Summit Realty Partners, Inc. is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales across New England.

The firm continues to serve as a trusted advisor for landlords, tenants, and developers seeking success in a competitive marketplace.
