Robinson and Norwood of NAI Norwood Group sell 60-unit mobile home park in Salem, NH for $4.1 million

Salem, NH Joe Robinson and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group have completed the sale of Tisdale’s Manufactured Housing Park, a mobile home park comprised of 60-units. 

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $4.1 million. 

The seller, Tisdale’s Trailer Park, Inc., conveyed the property to TTPMHP, LLC. NAI Norwood Group represented the seller. 

The property’s location and functional layout sparked significant interest, underscoring the sustained depth of demand within this segment of the market. 

“This sale shows the continued interest in the manufactured housing park space,” said Robinson. 

“We had a steady amount of interest as soon as we went live with the marketing,” said Norwood.
