Summit Realty Partners leases 1,816 s/f to The Dental Place in Wayland

According to Summit Realty Partners, The Dental Place has signed a lease at Wayland Town Center located at 400-440 Boston Post Rd. The tenant plans to open a 1,816 s/f pediatric dental office, specializing in the treatment of infants, young children, and teenagers. The Dental Place has existing locations in Westborough, Hopkinton, and Weston, Mass. The Dental Place will join many national tenants at Wayland Town Center, including Stop & Shop, Boston Sports Clubs, Ace Hardware, Panera, Bertucci's, AT&T and Verizon, among many others. Chris McMahon and Ryan Kelt of Summit Realty Partners represented The Dental Place. Adam Cirel of Atlantic Retail represented the landlord, KGI Properties, LLC.
