Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial completes $125,000 sale

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial completed the sale of real estate and business associated with "The Little Store," located on School St. The new owner/operating manager will be Ami Moore. Moore has 25 years of experience in the food industry and has new and exciting ideas to keep "The Little Store" servicing the needs of the community. The actual new name shall be "Nosh at the Little Store," which means, "to eat food at the Little Store," a Latin derived saying. The sellers, Hal and Marceny Bourne, said, "We appreciated the support and loyalty of our customer base and the community in general and we are pleased to pass the torch to Ami, a community spirited entrepreneur." Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the seller, "The Little Store at Lebanon, LLC" and appreciated the assistance of buyer representation of Ann Hess of Vanessa Stone Real Estate in introducing the buyer. The transaction was funded in part by the Claremont Savings Bank.
