Summit Realty Partners leases 3,259 s/f in Wayland
Wayland, MA According to Summit Realty Partners, Inc. Giacomo’s Ristorante, has signed a lease to open a new restaurant at Wayland Town Center.
Giacomo’s, a well-known eatery with locations in Boston’s North End, South End and Melrose, is opening its fourth location at Wayland Town Center.
Giacomo’s has leased the 3,259 s/f former Bertucci’s Restaurant space, located at 14 Elissa Ave. This restaurant is estimated to open before the end of the year. Giacomo’s in Wayland will be the first Giacomo’s to offer pizza and will feature a full-service bar serving cocktails, beer and wine.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
