Leases with both of these national retailers were executed in 2017 which prompted the shopping center owner, Keene MZL LLC, to demolish the former Olive Garden and make way for a new 10,500 s/f multi-tenant retail building prominently positioned at the entrance to the shopping center, which sees 7,500 vehicles on average enter each day. 

Summit Realty Partners is now marketing space for retailers and restaurants to join Yankee Candle and Kay Jewelers at the new building. There is the opportunity for outdoor patio seating for fast casual restaurant or café concepts which would meet a need in the shopping center for quick service dining. The landlord is willing to contribute to tenant build-out and offer a tenant improvement allowance. Planet Fitness and One Stop Country Pet Supply have both opened at the shopping center since Keene MZL LLC purchased Monadnock Marketplace in 2014.
