Summit Realty Partners sells retail pad site at 33 Robert Drive for $365,000

Easton, MA Summit Realty Partners completed the sale of a 0.98 acre retail pad site located at 33 Robert Dr. for $365,000. 

This pad site is located adjacent to Target, a brand new AvalonBay community, and Highlands Plaza. Highlands Plaza is anchored by Big Y, TJ Maxx and other established retailers such as Mattress Firm, Supercuts and Petsense. The site boasts accessibility via the lighted intersection at Roberts Dr., which also serves as the only entrance to the Target, Highland’s Plaza and 228-unit AvalonBay community. 

A second retail pad site is still available for sale or lease at 49 Robert Dr. This retail pad site is 2.05 acres and has the potential to accommodate up to a 6,300 s/f restaurant with 87 parking spaces. The site is offered with rights to pylon signage on Rte. 106. 

Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners represented the seller Highlands Station LLC, an entity controlled by Phillips Edison & Co., and procured the buyer for the sale of the property.
