Summit Realty Partners signs new leases at medical office development

Brockton, MA Summit Realty Partners Inc. is leasing a new medical and professional office development, with remaining available spaces ranging from 1,299 to 3,886 s/f. Construction is well underway, with occupancy expected soon, signaling strong interest and momentum within the healthcare and professional services industry.

The project has already drawn the attention of high-quality tenants. Ace Dental is gearing up to open, marking one of the anchor tenants in the development. Allan Veterinary Clinic is currently under construction, and additional leases were just finalized with Evolve Community Services and Chiro Dynamics & Wellness Center, further reflecting strong early demand for this well-located and purpose-built space.

“This development is a prime opportunity for medical and professional tenants seeking new, modern space with great visibility and access,” said Chris McMahon, principal and director at Summit Realty Partners. “With multiple leases in progress and construction advancing on schedule, we’re seeing strong interest from users who recognize the value of positioning themselves in a growing, service-driven hub.”

Located in close proximity to Westgate Mall and major national retailers such as Walmart, ALDI, Market Basket, Marshalls, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Starbucks, the site offers tenants convenience and synergy with neighboring high-traffic destinations. The location enhances visibility and provides a steady stream of potential customers and clients. Flexible suite sizes and the potential for custom build-outs provide additional appeal for tenants aiming to align their space with specific operational needs.

“This property is attracting a diverse mix of healthcare and office users,” said Danny Schwarz, senior associate at Summit Realty Partners. “The combination of new construction, strategic location, and a curated tenant mix makes this a standout option in the market.”
