Surprenant of MG Comm'l. leases 3,060 s/f to Johnson & Johnson
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial said that Johnson & Johnson Sales & Logistic Company has leased another 3,060 s/f at 1300 Highland Corporate Park.
Johnson & Johnson now occupies almost 14,600 s/f of the 45,000 s/f, new class A office building.
Surprenant represents the landlord and originally brought Johnson & Johnson to the space.
