For almost 45 years, the property was the home of Maylor Boiler Repair and Acme Boiler Rental.
The buyer of the property is AAA Northeast. AAA plans on a major redevelopment of the facility for use as a branch sales office, training facility and emergency vehicle storage and servicing.
