Sutton Real Estate Co. brokered sale of 6 acres
Syracuse, NY Bart Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Co. brokered the sale of 6 acres to Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) in the Lakefront District for $3 million.
BHG was recently ranked number 21 of 100 U.S companies of the best places to work according to Fortune Magazine and Great Places to Work U.S.
BHG purchased the property for their new financial headquarters and construction is expected to be completed by fall of 2021. BHG is expanding their company and will be building a five-story, 100,000 s/f office building to accommodate an additional 300 over the next five years.
