Sperry Van Ness/Fini Group completed the sale of 3 Upjohn St., a 10,000 s/f building on 2 acres.
The property is net leased to Kindercare Learning Centers, a for-profit provider of educational services and care for children with over 2,000 locations in 38 states.
According to Tom Fini, who brokered the sale, net leased investment properties are in demand. Many investors are repositioning assets from stocks and other financial instruments to take advantage of the benefits obtained from owning investment real estate.
Fini represented NorthEast Real Estate Enterprises, LLC, the seller of the property. Don Eaton of Eaton Partners, Inc. represented the buyer D.J. Peoples Centennial House.
According to registry records the purchase price was $3.1 million.
