SVN | Parsons brokers $8.8 million sale of 1 Rounder Way to ACCO Properties - Alvarado reps sellers, Plover Capital, LLC and Nils Anthony LLC

Burlington, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 40,000 s/f office/flex building on three acres at 1 Rounder Way to ACCO Properties, LLC for $8.8 million.

Senior advisor, Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons represented the sellers, Plover Capital, LLC and Nils Anthony LLC. Dean Blackey and Elizabeth Holmes of R.W. Holmes represented the buyer, ACCO Properties, LLC, in the transaction.

1 Rounder Way is located on Rte. 128 across from the Burlington Mall and has 1,100 feet of frontage on the highway. The building is currently built out to accommodate multiple tenants and was recently rezoned to allow for lab uses and life sciences by right.

“The new owners are discussing converting and expanding the property into a 75,000 s/f lab/life sciences building for one of their growing biopharmaceutical startups. This startup is currently based in Waltham and focuses on oncology and autoimmune therapies,” Alvarado said. “ It was a pleasure working with Dean Blackey and Elizabeth Holmes from RW Holmes who represented the buyer and helped to make the transaction come to fruition.”
