SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston arranges 18,473 s/f office lease at 2 Mill & Main St. in Maynard, MA for Alaka’i Technologies

Maynard, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed an 18,473 s/f office lease at 2 Mill & Main St. for Alaka’i Technologies. 

Associate advisor, Trevor Holmes and senior advisor, Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons represented the tenant, Alaka’i Technologies. Broker James Tambone of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, AS Clocktower, LLC. 

Alaka’i Technologies is an engineering company in the air mobility sector that strives to revitalize general aviation. “It was a pleasure representing a company that is revolutionizing the aviation industry,” said Holmes. 

The Mill & Main office complex totals 1.1 million s/f across eight buildings. Located in the Metro West’s Golden Triangle, Mill & Main offers access from Rte. 128, I-495, Rte. 2, and the Greater Boston area. Mill and Main St. has a diverse tenant mix consisting of software companies, technology companies and insurance agencies.
